You can continue selling e-loads even without Internet connection. To know how, read the information below:

### Downloading Sell e-Load Data

> ℹ️ Your sell eload data needs to be downloaded for you to sell eloads offline. The app will automatically download your sell eload data once you click **E-PRODUCTS**.

- You need to be connected to the Internet to download your sell eload data. If you’re not connected to the Internet, you will receive the message below:

- Once connected or whenever you visit **E-PRODUCTS**, you will see a message that your sell eload data is downloading. This will usually take up to 60 seconds.

- You will also see a message once your download is completed.

### SIM Card Requirement

To sell eloads offline, you need a registered or working SIM Card. A SIM card is essential because:  

- When selling eload offline, Peddlr will send an automatic text message to 225651414 on your behalf.
- You need a SIM card to keep at least ₱1 load balance.

### Turning On/Off - Offline Mode

You can choose to turn on or off Sell Eload Offline Mode.

> ℹ️ To turn off = Toggle button to the left
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ To turn on = Toggle button to the right

#### Important notes when turning Sell Eload Offline Mode ON/OFF:

- You need to have a registered and working SIM Card to be able to turn **ON/OFF** Sell Eload Offline Mode.
- You can only turn **ON **Sell Eload Offline Mode if you have downloaded your sell eload data.

### Sell eLoad Transaction

1. Go to **E-PRODUCTS **and click **Sell eLoad Offline**.

2. You will receive a note/message that you need to send a text message to 225651414 and you need to maintain a 1-peso load balance. Click **Okay, Got It!** to proceed.

> ℹ️ Ensure you have a minimum load balance of ₱1 to ensure the processing of your transaction.  The system will not process transactions with zero load balance.

3. You will not be able to top-up, set your pricing, or view your transaction history while in offline mode. You may only sell eloads, cable pins, and game pins.

> ℹ️ If your internet connection is lost during a transaction, turn ON Offline Mode to continue your transaction offline.

4. In the **Review Payment** page, you will see another note to ensure that you have a minimum load balance of ₱1 to process your transaction. Click **Proceed** to continue.

5. Select a payment method.

6. Enter amount and click **PROCEED**. 

> ℹ️ You will see a reminder to send the system-generated text message.

7. You will be redirected to your SMS/Text application where you will manually send a system-generated text message to the number 225651414.

- After sending the text message, you need to go back to the Peddlr app to finish your transaction. Refer to the instructions below on going back to the Peddlr app:

> ℹ️ **iOS Devices** - After manually sending the message, it will automatically redirect to the Peddlr app. 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ **Android Devices** - After manually sending the message, click your phone’s back button to go back to the Peddlr app.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ **Huawei Devices** - The transaction will continue as the device will automatically send the text message on your behalf.

8. At the end of your sell eload transaction, you will see a note saying that this transaction will be processed offline.

9. You will receive a text message (or SMS) regarding your transaction’s status. If your wallet balance is zero, you will also receive text message that you have insufficient wallet balance.

> 📝 If your eload transaction exceeds your existing wallet balance, you will receive a text message indicating the failure of the transaction. This message will also display your existing wallet balance.

> ℹ️ You will not be able to view your real-time inventory balance and transaction history in the app while in offline mode. However, your inventory balance and transaction history will be updated once you are connected to the Internet.
